During this time of Covid-19 we are not excepting returns or exchanges as all sales are final for safety reasons. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We cannot refund the duties and taxes on International orders as the customer is responsible for paying them.
COVID PREVENTION POLICY
Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic, we at Natalie Waldman Designs take packing your orders seriously. We wear masks and gloves and sanitize your item before shipping to ensure safety to our customers.
CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY
This return policy DOES NOT apply to Natalie Waldman Designs customized jewelry which cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are ‘Final Sale’ and cannot be exchanged or returned.
REPAIR POLICY
Repairs within 12 months (1 year) of purchase date are free of charge. For items over 1 year of purchase date, there will be a charge depending on the availability of certain components and parts as well as the cost of labour. Merchandise purchased in retail stores must be returned to the store where it was purchased. Email your repair inquiries to designs@nataliewaldman.com
PRODUCT CARE
Each Natalie Waldman Designs piece of jewellery is carefully handcrafted and personally designed by Natalie Waldman. Please store your Natalie Waldman treasures in a dry place and wipe with a dry cloth from time to time extend the life of the product.
